2 week challenge!

Start date: 13/6/2011 (but feel free to pick this up whenever you want/repeat/whatver! :))

Why?
I wanted to do a challenge, because my motivation was just plummeting to rock bottom! But after a bit of searching, all I found was the ABC diet, which seemed a bit extreme/long for a first timer! So this one was created as a slightly easier, much shorter alternative :)
